Are you consultants?

No – we tell your story. We ask the right questions to help you better align your people with your mission by telling them the history and values of your organization.

Is it worth the investment?

If you think your mission and your people are important, then you’ll think this is worth the investment. If you want your people to hear sincere and encouraging content that will help them thrive in their role (whatever their role is!) and give them vision for longterm buy-in and growth with your organization, then this is worth the investment for you.

How long does it take?

We can have your first episode up and released within 4 weeks, depending on your timing.

Who will lead this internally at my organization?

We need an internal project lead who can coordinate the logistics and administration associated with interview schedules and content distribution. It’s also essential that we have complete buy-in from the president and/or CEO for this to be effective. We find that the podcasts are most effective when there’s buy-in at every level of the organization.

How will my employees access the podcasts?

Once the podcast episodes have been produced, we will provide you a private link that will only be accessible to your employees. We will work with your internal project lead to make sure everyone in the organization has access.
